Berg am Laim is a neighborhood in the east of Munich, Germany. It was once a separate municipality before being incorporated into Munich in 1913. The area has a population of approximately 46,000 residents. It is situated between the districts of Trudering-Riem, Ramersdorf-Perlach, Haidhausen and Bogenhausen. Berg am Laim is home to the Ostbahnhof, one of the largest railway stations in Munich. The neighborhood is also known for its green spaces such as the Berg am Laim park and the Haidpark. There are several shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area, making it a popular place for residents and visitors alike.
